Learn how to make your own adorable little plush kitten with this free amigurumi pattern! The head and body of the amigurumi cat are crocheted as a one piece. The arms and legs are attached with single crochet as you crochet the body. The finished size of this amigurumi kitten is about 20 cm (7.8″) tall without ears.

  • Yarn: YarnArt Dolce or Himalaya Dolphin Baby
  • Hook size: 3.5 mm or 4.0 mm
  • 10 mm safety eyes
  • 12х14 mm safety nose
  • Black embroidery floss
  • Grey embroidery floss or cotton yarn
  • Tapestry needle
  • Scissors
  • Fiberfill

st = stitch
sc = single crochet
hdc = half double crochet
inc = 2 sc in the next stitch
dec = single crochet 2 stitches together
F.o. = fasten off

Insert a safety nose in the muzzle. Sew the muzzle to the head: the upper part of the muzzle is below the eyes on R 21 and the lower part is between R 17 and R 18. Put some stuffing inside the muzzle before you finish.
Sew the ears on the head, the tail to the back.

Embroider a mouth and eyebrows using a black embroidery floss.
Embroider claws with a grey cotton yarn.
