Free Crochet Pattern for Plush Velvet Bear in PDF Amigurumi

Dear friends, I will share a very easy bear amigurumi pattern. As you know, there are quite a few crochet bear patterns in our archive, but there are usually advanced patterns. This new plush bear amigurumi pattern is very easy and made using velvet yarn. As you know, when making amigurumi with velvet rope, you need to use a slightly thicker hook. The toy is about 20 cm with recommended materials..
The difficulty level is easy, but some experience is required.

Necessary materials:
– plush yarn 1 ball (Himalaya Dolphin baby, Kamtex Velor, Dolce YarnArt or AlizeSofty. From AlizeSofty we crochet in 2 yarns);
– AlizeSofty for muzzle and tail;
– hook 3.5 or 4.5 mm for the body and 3 mm for the muzzle and tail;
– safety eyes 8 mm and spout;
– filler for toys;
– Needle for stitching and embroidery.

Abbreviations
AR – Amigurumi Magic ring
MR – Amigurumi Magic ring
3in1 – crochet 3 columns in one loop
sc : Single Crochet
inc : Increase
dec : Decrease
tr : Triple Crochet/ Treble Crochet
st: Stitch
dc : Double Crochet
hdc: Half Double Crochet
sl-st or Slst: Slip Stitch
ch : Chain
..in : make increase into same stitch as many as the number which is given in front of “inc” abbreviation (exp; 3inc, 4inc..).
FLO : Crochet into front loops only
BLO : Crochet into back loops only

Head and body:
We crochet from the head.

We fill the head and begin to crochet the body.
16 row we crochet not for slst, but for the previous row with the capture of slst. So the neck will be denser and will not hang out.

Stuff, fold in half and crochet 5sc. Fasten the yarn and cut.

Ears (2 parts):

Fold ear in half and crochet 6sc. Fasten the yarn and cut.

Tail:
We crochet from AlizeSofty in 1 yarn.

Stuff the tail, fasten the yarn, pull the hole, cut the yarn.

Muzzle:
We crochet from AlizeSofty in 1 yarn.

Stuff the muzzle and sew.
Sew ears, paws, tail. Attach eyes, nose, embroider eyebrows and mouth. That’s all. Teddy bear is ready!!!
